In this course, participants will develop an understanding of the intuitive foundations of asset and investment valuation, and how alternative valuation techniques may be used in practice.
- Describing the relationship between risk, return, and an investors satisfaction
- Establishing alternative measures of risk
- Using your financial information to measure the required return for new investment
- Discussion of limitations of standard MPV analysis
